Private school catering

Meal organization:

FAMILY ChefDom is a web application dedicated to organizing and managing your child's school meals within their private educational institution. The meals are prepared by us in our central kitchen on the same day, then individually packaged to be distributed to the institutions for immediate consumption.

We use 70% fresh products, 20% frozen products, and 10% canned products. We are committed to ensuring the quality of the products used in the preparation of school meals.

Our fruits and vegetables are 80% locally sourced through short supply chains, 100% of our meats & poultry come from European countries and France, and all our dairy products and cheeses are 100% sourced from our regions in France.

Our commitment to preserving sea fisheries drives us to use fish (MSC sustainable fishing).

The School’s Objectives

The School’s Objectives

  • Academic Success for Every Pupil
  • Finding personal balance to ensure the best possible future—both professionally and as individuals—in a rapidly changing international environment.

Our aim is to do everything possible to enable our pupils to become well-rounded adults, equipped through their education and knowledge to find their place in the wider world.

It is vital to work in close partnership with parents. We also maintain a constant awareness of the changing needs of our society, ensuring a smooth transition from school life to working life.

Our students must appreciate that their time at school is not isolated from the ‘real world’; it provides a fundamental basis for personal development and future integration into society. In pursuit of this future, we take on many ambitious responsibilities, which are challenging, yet deeply rewarding.

Supporting our younger pupils to help them recognise their responsibilities. Their academic progress relies on acquiring and developing effective study methods, continually affirming their determination and independence.

Understanding every pupil and student in our care, building a relationship of trust so that, individually, we may guide and organise their work in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Enabling our pupils to look confidently to the future: preparation for Cambridge examinations.

  • Primary: For children aged 6 to 12.
  • Secondary: For native French speakers, to speak, write and read English fluently within three years, and to pass both the French Brevet and the Cambridge PET exams.
  • Sixth Form: For native French speakers, to prepare simultaneously for the French Baccalauréat or the advanced French exam, and to achieve the Cambridge FCE and CPE qualifications.

These different-level examinations are now essential for success in a rapidly changing world, and in a wide array of fields: commerce, industry, public administration, journalism, the arts, new technologies, and more.

Educational Adaptation

Dyslexia: Essential Educational Provisions

Difficulties in learning to read and write represent a genuine challenge, too often misunderstood and poorly addressed. For a dyslexic pupil, adapting educational methods to suit their needs is essential, ensuring that school does not become an ordeal. Our school has chosen to meet these specific needs by integrating such pupils within mainstream classes, rather than isolating them.

Prerequisites for Educational Adaptations

The first step involves both teachers and fellow pupils understanding and accepting individual differences.

The pupil concerned must be willing to acknowledge and discuss their challenges. They should be reassured that their specific difficulty is recognised, that it is not their fault, and that it neither disqualifies nor excludes them, nor condemns them to failure.

We will address the concept of “differences in learning styles.” This distinction can be highlighted by encouraging pupils to express their thoughts when confronted with a word or a problem. They will soon realise that, even when faced with identical tasks, each child approaches learning in their own way.

This work can be extended to areas such as art and physical education, where again, differences in ways of thinking may become apparent — and some children may feel more comfortable than others.

Once this step is complete, it is possible to explain that some pupils are entitled to special support, as reading presents greater challenges for them. This approach fosters a spirit of solidarity and mutual respect among the children.

Our intention is to do everything possible to offer a high quality and caring teaching in a calm and structured environment.

Our main aims are to develop curiosity in our pupils and allow them to gain confidence in themselves.

In order to do this, we have to be able to adapt and to respect the values of sharing and exchange.

Only a good awareness of the needs of each child who is in our care will enable us to create a privileged relationship which will match the expectations of the families.
