The School’s Objectives
- Academic Success for Every Pupil
- Finding personal balance to ensure the best possible future—both professionally and as individuals—in a rapidly changing international environment.
Our aim is to do everything possible to enable our pupils to become well-rounded adults, equipped through their education and knowledge to find their place in the wider world.
It is vital to work in close partnership with parents. We also maintain a constant awareness of the changing needs of our society, ensuring a smooth transition from school life to working life.
Our students must appreciate that their time at school is not isolated from the ‘real world’; it provides a fundamental basis for personal development and future integration into society. In pursuit of this future, we take on many ambitious responsibilities, which are challenging, yet deeply rewarding.
Supporting our younger pupils to help them recognise their responsibilities. Their academic progress relies on acquiring and developing effective study methods, continually affirming their determination and independence.
Understanding every pupil and student in our care, building a relationship of trust so that, individually, we may guide and organise their work in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Enabling our pupils to look confidently to the future: preparation for Cambridge examinations.
- Primary: For children aged 6 to 12.
- Secondary: For native French speakers, to speak, write and read English fluently within three years, and to pass both the French Brevet and the Cambridge PET exams.
- Sixth Form: For native French speakers, to prepare simultaneously for the French Baccalauréat or the advanced French exam, and to achieve the Cambridge FCE and CPE qualifications.
These different-level examinations are now essential for success in a rapidly changing world, and in a wide array of fields: commerce, industry, public administration, journalism, the arts, new technologies, and more.
